Work orders

Speak the problem. Review the work order.

Describe what happened, where it happened and what needs checking. Fixora turns a spoken description into editable text, then helps prepare a work-order draft.

Use the details you already know

For example: “The air conditioner in apartment 204 is not cooling. Check the filter and thermostat. High priority.” Include a location and any useful observations; avoid guessing a diagnosis.

Review the transcription

Start recording only when you choose to. Stop to transcribe, then check apartment numbers, names and the problem description. You can edit the text or write the message manually.

Prepare the draft, then make the decision

AI suggests a structured draft. Your team checks the location, priority, category, assignee and due date before saving. Preparing a draft does not create an order.

Availability in the current system

Dictation and AI drafts are available to authorized administration users when creating connected work orders. Technician dictation for progress updates is a planned extension; technicians can currently type updates and attach photos.
