Document the result
The technician records what was checked and repaired, completes the required checks and adds a result photo. They then submit the work for review rather than declaring the job accepted.
Review before closing
Administration or the property owner reviews the result. If something needs correcting, they return the work with a reason so the technician has a clear next step.
Sign the completed work
The authorized reviewer enters their full name and draws their signature. Signing records acceptance of the completed work. The signature, time and associated work-order content are retained together.
A reliable internal record
The connected system stores an internal electronic sign-off and a record digest. This is an operational acceptance record, not a claim of a certified digital signature. Purchase approvals remain a separate workflow; signed purchase approvals are planned.
