From a phone call to a clear maintenance request.

A resident reports the issue in their own words. The AI agent collects the context, asks for confirmation and creates a request for administration to review.

Start with a conversation

The resident describes the location, issue and urgency. The phone agent gathers the report and reads it back. In the controlled pilot, an explicit confirmation is required before a request is saved.

A request is the beginning, not the assignment

Administration reviews the confirmed request, checks the location and converts it into a work order. A responsible technician, priority and due date are decisions made by your team.

Give the technician useful context

The order keeps the problem, location, instructions and progress together. An apartment AC issue, a leaking drain trap or an entrance-door repair can follow the same workflow.

What you can try today

Phone intake has been tested through the connected system’s controlled call pilot. General inbound resident calls and resident-directory integration are the next stage. The visual demo illustrates the process without placing a call.
